The Corporation's common shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") under the symbol "CFW". The holders of common shares are entitled to receive notice of, and to one vote per share at, every meeting of shareholders of the Corporation, to receive such dividends as the board of directors declares, and to share equally in the assets of the Corporation remaining upon the liquidation of the Corporation after the creditors of the Corporation have been satisfied.
